Agathe Freymann and Martin Lartigue fell in love with this place in 2020. Month after month, Agathe and Martin tended to a park that had been neglected. They uncovered the hundred-year-old Mediterranean pines, the terrace stones, and brought this thousand-year-old place back to life to produce the vast, epicurean and luminous estate that welcomes you today.
The immense and majestic Mediterranean pines rising towards the azure offer so many shaded spaces under which to enjoy the nicely laid out deckchairs, a petanque ground, a swimming pool and other leisure activities.
Below, an orchard, an organic vegetable garden and numerous vineyards offer all the magnificence of Mediterranean plant life: you will come across fig trees, apple trees, lemon trees, but also 40 hundred-year-old olive trees, cycas, pomegranate trees, quince trees and, when the season allows, exceptional and rare ancient peonies.
“ Lunch on the Belvedere was a French Riviera experience I had never had before ”
From the lawn of the belvedere, you can admire the Cap d’Antibes, the sea in front of you, and enjoy the most precious asset of the Domaine des Encourdoules: silence.
A rarity on the Côte d’Azur: a silence of peace and sun, sometimes interrupted by the wind in the trees.
