Agathe Freymann

An interior designer and real estate professional, Agathe Freymann is a voracious stylist. Passionate about 20th century architecture, having been immersed in design and the love of beautiful interiors since her childhood, which led her to travel around Europe in search of the ideal fabric or object, she has been able to make the Domaine des Encourdoules a life-size playground. Each of the guest rooms expresses the harmonious blend of old and new, of sunny and pastel tones that are its signature.

Martin Lartigue

Martin, a wise epicurean, takes it upon himself daily to make the Domaine des Encourdoules an embassy of beautiful and good things. Having worked at one of the most prestigious breweries in Alsace, a region where he will launch his own restaurant, don’t forget to hand him your glass: as a specialist in Alsatian grape varieties and an inventive mixologist, he will delight you.
